Using the unique calender method of manufacturing of the wear layer gives to our linoleum such consumer attributes which are almost unrepeatable when using other production methods. This layer is free of pinholes and doesn’t disengage hazardous substances. Calender layer distinguishes in excellent wear resistance, durability and homogeneity both on thickness and structure, and prevents the covering from ingress of household contamination and moisture offering a possibility of using our flooring for many years. Even in premises without renovation for more than 20 years floor coverings made with this method maintain an excellent quality and wonderful appearance. The textile substrate – ECOPOL which is well-known among Russian customers for it warmth and high sound insulation properties is used as the bottom layer of our floor coverings. It has an excellent thermal stability to temperature differences, prevents the covering from moisture and microorganisms contamination. Due to this substrate our floor coverings possess unique strength characteristics. To feel the difference just try to rip by hands linoleum made on a non-woven substrate and the one with foam!
